IFN press trip to Estonia
Within the context of this year’s press trip of the initiative Furnier + Natur e. V. (IFN) the participating journalists visited the IFN member company Balti Spoon. During the factory tour led by Edmund Smolarek, Managing Director of Balti Spoon and Vice President of the Möhring Group, the participants gained a profound insight into wood veneer production. In addition to journalists from Germany and Austria, there was also a representative of an Estonian daily newspaper and two bloggers from Italy. Also present were Axel Groh, CEO of IFN, and IFN board member Roland Reigbert. All participants were visibly impressed by the modern wood veneer production facility.
